Virtual and Online Sessions Available

All therapy sessions can be conducted through HIPAA-compliant telehealth, phone, or in-person options. Please be aware that neurofeedback is available exclusively in-person or via a remote neurofeedback device.

Insurance Information

While we do not take insurance at this time, we do take HSA and FSA. We can also create a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, and we are happy to work with them to accomplish this. We care about our clients and want to do what we can to ensure that they have access to our neurofeedback and biofeedback as well as counseling services.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a scheduled neurofeedback and/or counseling session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If we do not receive timely notice, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur the session fee.
