Discover What Our Counseling Services Can Do for You
At the heart of our approach is a deep respect for the whole you—mind, body, and spirit. We create a safe, compassionate space where you can be fully seen, heard, and understood.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your family, or as a couple, we are here for you—every step of the way, through every challenge life brings. With a holistic, personalized approach, we bring together the right therapeutic modalities to help you find clarity, set meaningful goals, and create a path forward that feels true to you. We celebrate every victory, no matter how small, and with a clear, actionable plan, you’ll leave each session feeling more confident and empowered to continue your growth.
We believe in your strength, in your potential
You don’t have to do this alone. You’ve got this—and we’ve got you.
Counseling can be used as a standalone treatment or seamlessly integrated with neurofeedback, offering a powerful combination that addresses both the brain's underlying patterns and the emotional layers, creating a holistic path to healing and transformation.
How Counseling Works
In our individual, family, and couples counseling sessions, we concentrate on recognizing the challenges and concerns that arise, collaborating to build a strong foundation for the future.
We prioritize creating an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and validated, while equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to achieve meaningful progress toward their goals, so they are well resourced in their day-to-day lives. Our objective is to empower clients to develop skills that can be applied beyond the clinical setting.
Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, gently uncovering the barriers that keep you from moving forward. In this journey, you’ll discover that on the other side of fear is a new version of yourself—one that’s stronger, braver, and more aligned with the life you’ve always wanted to create. We’re here to help you meet that version of you.

Our counseling services can help aid in
Acceptance
Encouraging individuals to embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than avoiding or struggling against them. This involves acknowledging emotions and experiences without judgment.
Cognitive Defusion
Learning to separate oneself from thoughts and feelings, reducing their impact and influence. This helps individuals view thoughts as just words or stories rather than absolute truths.
Mindfulness
Practicing present-moment awareness, which helps individuals become more attuned to their thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. Mindfulness techniques are used to enhance awareness and acceptance.
Self-as-Context
Developing a perspective that recognizes oneself as the observer of thoughts and experiences rather than being defined by them. This promotes a sense of self that is more flexible and expansive.
Values Clarification
Identifying what truly matters to an individual. Understanding one’s values provides direction and motivation for behavior change.
Committed Action
Setting goals and taking steps towards a meaningful life based on identified values. This involves taking action even in the presence of difficult thoughts and feelings.

As Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, we are strong advocates for the power of counseling to create lasting change. From years of personal experience, we know that clients often leave a session feeling lighter and more hopeful. To maximize the benefits of your counseling, we encourage you to take an active role in the process. Reflect on your concerns and the reasons you're seeking counseling, and be open with your counselor about your treatment goals. Commit to setting specific objectives, attend sessions consistently, and arrive on time. Consider what you’d like to discuss in advance, and be willing to explore new behavioral changes outside of your sessions. If homework is assigned, be sure to complete it, and regularly check in with your counselor to monitor your progress. Your dedication and engagement are key to your success in this transformative journey.
